The Supreme Court was told today that Republic TV Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami was given only 10 minutes' notice to appear before the Maharashtra State Assembly, after which he was issued a notice for breach of privilege. .Appearing for Goswami, Senior Advocate Milind Sathe argued, "Arnab Goswami was sent the notice to appear at 3 pm to appear within 10 minutes. He said he cannot appear and thereafter the privileges committee is only formed now.
