A public interest litigation (PIL) petition that sought the ouster of Bihar Chief Minister (CM) Nitish Kumar on the ground that he played 'fraud' on the electorate by getting into a post-poll alliance with the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) in August this year, was recently dismissed by the Supreme Court [Chandan Kumar vs Union of India and ors].
