The Bombay High Court on Thursday refused to grant interim relief to former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh in the case registered against him by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the allegations of corruption and malpractices made against him by former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh.
