The Andhra Pradesh Advocates Joint Committee (APAJC) on Tuesday met Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju and submitted a representation expressing their reservations on the Supreme Court Collegium's proposal to transfer Justices Battu Devanand and D Ramesh.
