The Allahabad High Court has sought the response of the Central and Uttar Pradesh governments in a Habeas Corpus plea seeking quashing of proceedings initiated against two social activists who were apprehended by the Mathura Police while they were on their way to meet the bereaved family of the Hathras rape victim.
