Allahabad High Court imposes 'extraordinary costs' of Rs 3 lakh on petitioner who filed four petitions in two years seeking same relief

The petitioner while appearing before Court stated that he was not well-qualified and had passed only 5th class, and therefore, due to lack of legal knowledge, he had filed repeated petitions.
