Security should not be provided merely to enhance one's status: Allahabad High Court declines to grant personal security to Lawyer

The Court found that the lawyer was asking for security only to flaunt a "VIP" status. Such a practice of "creating a privileged class on State expense and taxpayers money, is to be deprecated", the Court said.
