The Calcutta High Court Bar Association has resolved to boycott the Court of Justice Ashis Kumar Chakraborty, citing the judge's "bad behaviour" with a lawyer.

A letter was submitted on February 14 by 319 members of the Bar Association, highlighting the incident. Following this, the Bar Association held a general meeting on February 17, in which the resolution was passed.
