COVID-19: Advocate appears in his vest on video conference before Rajasthan HC; Bar Association asked to inform all to appear in uniform

Justice SP Sharma of the Rajasthan High Court on Tuesday asked the High Court Bar Association to urge all advocates to appear in their uniform during hearings conducted through video conferencing.

The assurance from the Bar Association President and General Secretary was sought after an advocate reportedly appeared in his baniyan (vest) to argue a bail matter through video conferencing before Justice Sharma.
