2G Appeals: Acquitted accused, CBI conclude arguments on issue of sanction under Section 378 CrPC [LIVE UPDATES from Delhi HC]

The Delhi High Court is continuing its hearing of the appeals preferred by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) against the acquittal of all the accused in the 2G Spectrum case.

A Single-Bench of Justice Brijesh Sethi is hearing the appeals.

On Friday, the Counsel continued arguing on the question of whether the CBI and the ED were permitted to appeal the acquittal of the accused.
