The Delhi High Court on Monday allowed the Disciplinary Authority under the Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules to pass order of punishment against a Delhi Police officer, Durga Prasad who was charged with abdication of duty and misconduct during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots [Durga Prasad v Lt Governor of NCT of Delhi].
