1984 anti-Sikh riots case: Delhi High Court rejects State plea to condone 28-year delay in appealing acquittal

The Supreme Court-appointed SN Dhingra committee had recommended an appeal against the acquittal. However, the Court said that State provided no reason to explain the delay of almost 28 years.
