LIC bound by Article 14; cannot substitute open recruitment with absorption of part-time workers: Supreme Court

The apex court held that the recruitment of temporary workers cannot substitute the recruitment process based on sanctioned posts which is consistent with the principles of reservations and equal opportunities to all.
