Lawyer alleges Kerala High Court judge forced him to appear in court despite back injury, refused adjournment

The advocate alleged that Justice A Badharudeen's attitude towards him was inhuman and discourteous and said that he was saddened and humiliated by the lack of fraternity and mutual respect expected from the Bench.
