Krishna Janmabhoomi: Allahabad High Court rejects Muslim party's objections to maintainability of Hindu side's suits

The dispute has its origin in the original suit filed by the Hindu side, which has claimed that the Mathura Shahi Idgah Masjid was built over Krishna Janmabhoomi land. The Hindu side has sought the removal of the mosque.
