The Kerala High Court on Monday dismissed a petition moved by several gynaecologists working in government hospitals across Kerala challenging a protocol that mandates that survivors of sexual offences be examined only by gynaecologists [Dr. Laxmy Rajmohan & Ors. v. State of Kerala & Ors.].
