The Kerala High Court has constituted a committee for the Welfare, Happiness and Grievance of Judicial Officers of District Judiciary (Committee) for redressal of grievances of judicial officers.

A dedicated email ID, judicare@kerala.gov.in, has also been created to enable swift resolution of grievances and fourteen district-level nodal officers have been appointed to facilitate the grievance redressal process.

The High Court has also established Judicial Counselling Centre (JCC) comprising a panel of family court counsellors exclusively for the counselling of judicial officers.

Additionally, a dedicated mobile number (7306425961) has been provided to ensure that officers can access counselling services whenever needed.

Pertinently, the Committee will conduct medical check ups in all districts twice a year to monitor the overall health of judicial officers.

These initiatives were taken following the the orders of Acting Chief Justice A Muhamed Mustaque.

The initiative has been designed to monitor the overall health and well-being of judicial officers with the Member Secretary of KeLSA acting as the coordinator for the health checkups.
