Kerala High Court appoints amicus curiae in pleas challenging upper age limit for availing assisted reproductive technology

The Kerala High Court on Monday appointed an amicus curiae to assist the court in a bunch of petitions challenging the upper age limit of 50 for females and 55 for males fixed under Section 21(g) of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act (ART Act).
