Karnataka High Court sets aside Magistrate's permission to investigate election offence against Tejasvi Surya

The Bench of Justice S Sunil Dutt Yadav noted that appropriate procedure had not been followed and, therefore, remitted the matter to the Magistrate for fresh consideration.
