According to the new guidelines issued by the High Court Registrar, all advocates, party-in-persons, litigants and media persons must undergo compulsory registration on the Zoom platform through a one-time signup procedure to login to the virtual hearing facility. .The guidelines further state that only registered users are permitted to join the video conference hearings.
