Karnataka High Court rejects CBI plea challenging bar to probe DK Shivakumar; says SC should decide

A bench of Justices K Somashekhar and Umesh Adiga said that the issue is a Centre-State dispute since it involves a central agency and hence, should be heard by the Supreme Court.
