The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday quashed all criminal proceedings initiated against National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) chief Priyank Kanoongo, who was booked by the local police for having allegedly trespassed into a Muslim orphanage and commented on social media that children there were living under a "Taliban like rule."
