Karnataka High Court exempts BS Yediyurappa from personal appearance before trial court in POCSO case

Justice Krishna S Dixit also adjourned to July 26, the hearing on the petition filed by Yediyurappa in the High Court to quash the POCSO case against him.

The Karnataka High Court Friday exempted former Chief Minister BY Yediyurappa from personally remaining present before a trial court on July 15 in connection with a case registered against him under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
