The Karnataka High Court on Friday dismissed a petition challenging the initiation of a probe by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) against Exalogic Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a software company owned by Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's daughter, Veena Thaikkandiyil.
