Karnataka High Court asks State to expand High Court building, submit three expansion proposals to CM

After examining the compliance affidavit filed by the State, the Court opined that just one proposal may not be enough to address the issue of insufficient space in the Court.

The Karnataka High Court on Monday directed the State government to submit a minimum of three proposals to the Chief Minister regarding expansion of the High Court building in Bengaluru to make provision for more space [Ramesh Naik L v State of Karnataka].
