Karnataka HC relaxes dress code for Lawyers for Physical and Virtual hearings from June 1

Advocates shall now have the option of wearing plain white-shirt/white-salwar-kameez of any sober colour/ saree of any sober colour with a plain white neckband.

The Karnataka High Court has relaxed the dress code for lawyers appearing before it via physical hearing and video conferencing from June 1 onwards, when the Court will resume its functioning in a limited manner. (Karnataka High Court new dress code)
