Justice R Sakthivel of Madras High Court recuses from hearing plea against ED arrest of TN Minister V Senthil Balaji

A division bench of Justices M Sundar and R Sakthivel said that Justice Sakthivel had some difficulty in hearing the case and hence, it was going to recuse itself from hearing the same.
