Right to Privacy verdict petitioner Justice KS Puttaswamy passes away

In 2012, he filed a petition before Supreme Court challenging the validity of the Aadhaar scheme. The scheme was eventually upheld by the Court even though it upheld right to privacy as a fundamental right.
