Justice Dipak Misra will be Chief Guest for National Conference of Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad

Supreme Court judge Justice Dipak Misra will be the Chief Guest for the 14th National Conference of the Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad (ABAP) which will be held in Bengaluru from December 27-29..Law Minister Sadananda Gowda and Karnataka High Court judge Justice Ashok B Hinchageri will be the Guests of Honour for the inaugural ceremony while Senior Advocate KK Venugopal will deliver the keynote address. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will also be one of the guests for the inaugural ceremony which will be presided by Working President of ABAP, Vinayak Dixith..A host of High Court judges from across the country will also be attending and speaking at the conference including Justice B Radhakrishnan of Kerala High Court and Justice Imran Masoodi of Allahabad High Court. The speakers list also includes Senior Advocates Sidharth Luthra, Shyam Divan, Sajan Poovayya and MN Krishnamani..While Justice B Radhakrishnan, Justice Masoodi and Senior Advocate MN Krishnamani will speak on the topic “Realising our Constitutional Goals – Challenges Ahead”, Senior Advocate Sajan Poovayya will be speaking on “Harnessing the Power of Media and Technology”..Senior Advocates Shyam Divan and Sidharth Luthra will speak on “Bringing Effective Change through Social Action Litigation”..The conference will come to a close on December 29..Established in 1992, the ABAP is a society registered under the Societies Act, 1860.
