The Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) with the support of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) is organising a conference on June 5, 2023.
The topic of the conference will be “Arbitrating Indo-UK Commercial Disputes – 2nd Edition”.
It will be held at the Lancaster Ballroom in The Savoy Hotel at London. The Conference will have prominent speakers and participation, both from India and the UK.
Supreme Court Judge Justice Hima Kohli will deliver the Special Address at the Conference and the Rt. Hon. Lord Justice, Court of Appeal of England & Wales Lord Justice Rabinder Singh has also been invited to deliver a Special Address at the conference.
The conference is expected to be attended by a high-powered audience, comprising of eminent jurists, policymakers, lawyers, in-house counsels, leaders from the legal fraternity, dispute resolution professionals, business leaders, leading corporates, business and trade chambers, government officials and friends from media and press to cover the event.
