The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh on Friday allowed the father and other family members of late Amir Magrey, one of the four persons killed in the Hyderpora encounter in a joint operation by police and security forces last year, to perform religious rituals/prayers at Wadder Payeen graveyard in Kashmir's Budgam [Union Territory of J&K & Ors. v Mohammad Latief Magrey & Anr.]
