Husband can't avoid maintenance by merely pronouncing Talaq thrice: Jammu and Kashmir High Court

The Court explained that for Talaq/ Talaak (divorce) pronouncement to be valid, it has to be pronounced at a specific interval, in the presence of witnesses and after efforts to reconcile do not bear any fruit.
