Hate Speech: Plea in Bombay High Court seeks FIR against BJP's Nitesh Rane, Geeta Jain and T Raja

The petition claimed that the police in that area failed to register FIRs even though there were several media reports about the same.

A petition was filed before Bombay High Court on Thursday seeking registration of criminal cases against Maharashtra BJP MLAs Nitesh Rane and Geeta Jain and Telangana MLA T Raja Singh for alleged hate speeches during the Mira Road violence which erupted in January 2024.
