As the IPS officer from Bihar police, Vinay Tiwari, continues to be in quarantine in Mumbai who was supposed to lead the investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, a writ of habeas corpus to free him of the "illegal detention" has been filed in the Supreme Court.
