Gujarat HC to hold Full Court Reference on May 1 to commemorate 60 years through Video Conferencing amid COVID-19 lockdown

To commemorate the Gujarat High Court completing 60 years, a Full Court Reference of the Court will be held on May 1, 2020, albeit through video conferencing and with limited direct participating, in view of the COVID-19 lockdown. .Chief Justice Vikram Nath informed in his letter that a series of functions on May 1-3 2020 and more during the ensuing calendar year were earlier planned to celebrate the occasion. However, on account of the prevailing COVID-19 crisis, all the functions have been deferred..However, for now the Full Court Reference will be held on May 1 at 11 am through a Video Conferencing platform.
