Government litigation should be brought under arbitration – Solicitor General Mohan Parasaran

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has established a new law library and a Legal Aid, Mediation and Conciliation Centre (Legal Aid Centre) in its premises. Supreme Court judge Justice Ranjan Gogoi inaugurated both the library and the Legal Aid Centre on April 12 at a function that was also attended by Solicitor General Mohan Parasaran.
