Undertrials or convicts who are in prison for offences like sedition, terrorism under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) or for heinous crimes cannot avail telephonic facilities in the jail, the Maharashtra prison authority told the Bombay High Court on Wednesday.
