It was the first Indian law firm to establish international offices in the USA and UK. In November 2021, he was felicitated with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Times Magazine Excellence Iconic Awards 2021 for his contribution to the legal profession and education..During his illustrious career as a lawyer, he served as Chairman of the Society of Indian Arbitrators and as a member of the Board of Directors of multiple multinational companies..DCS was also a great philanthropist. He established Singhania University in Pacheri Bari, Rajasthan to contribute towards the progress and prosperity of the coming generations..The last rites will be held today at Lodhi Road Crematorium and the prayer meeting were held today at Chinmaya Mission, Lodhi Road, New Delhi from 4 to 5 pm.
