Former Madras High Court judge Justice PN Prakash appointed Special Public Prosecutor for NIA cases before Supreme Court

Following his retirement as a judge, Justice Prakash was designated as a Senior Advocate by the Supreme Court in October 2023.

The Central government on July 18 appointed Senior Advocate and former Madras High Court judge Justice PN Prakash as Special Public Prosecutor to handle matters on behalf of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) before the Supreme Court of India.
