Former Jharkhand CM Madhu Koda moves Delhi High Court for suspension of conviction to contest elections
Madhu Koda was sentenced to three years in jail in 2017 after he was convicted in a coal scam case. His first plea against the suspension of his conviction was rejected by the High Court in 2020.
Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda has approached the Delhi High Court seeking the suspension of his conviction in a coal block allocation scam case so that he can contest the upcoming Jharkhand State elections.
