File Election Petition: Andhra Pradesh High Court to YSR Congress Party on plea against new postal ballot norms

The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Saturday declined to grant any relief in a plea filed by the YSR Congress Party challenging the new rules concerning counting of postal ballot votes in the State.
