Fali Nariman writes to Registrar General of SC; Denies vetting PILs for CPIL

The Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL) may be headed for another major embarrassment. Senior Advocate Fali Nariman has written to the Registrar General of the Supreme Court, categorically stating that he had not scrutinized or even seen any PILs filed by CPIL.
