Exclusive: Platinum Partners’ Nivedita Tiwari to join Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas

Platinum Partners joins the growing list of firms that have lost a Partner to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Nivedita Tiwari, who had joined Platinum Partners as Partner last September, has resigned to join Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, according to authoritative sources..Platinum’s Senior Partner Karam Daulet Singh confirmed Nivedita’s resignation and commented,.“Its her decision which we respect and we wish her all the best.”.The DU graduate had joined Platinum after working with MNK Law Offices for a year. MNK Law Offices was recently acquired by Cyril Shroff with three of its Partners Gyanendra Kumar, Anuradha Mukherjee and Srinivas Kilambi joining CAM. However, the fourth Partner, Probal Bhaduri is not moving to CAM..Tiwari also had an 8-year stint at Luthra, which she joined in 2005 from AZB & Partners and was made a Partner in 2011..Cyril Shroff and Nivedita Tiwari were not available for comment at the time of publishing the story..Nivedita would be the 25th Partner to join Cyril Shroff’s team of partners in Delhi.
