Ex-Amarchand, SunEdison GC Vinay Bhatia hired as new IL&FS General Counsel

Two months after the departure of Damini Marwah, Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) has hired Vinay Bhatia as its new General Counsel.
