Entry of foreign lawyers: SILF requests BCI to discuss amended rules before notifying them

The BCI recently announced that it would most likely notify and implement amended regulations to govern the entry of foreign lawyers and law firms by the end of July.

Lalit Bhasin, President of the Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF), has written to Bar Council of India (BCI) Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra asking him to share and discuss the amended rules allowing the entry of foreign lawyers and law firms before notifying the same.
