The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court on Tuesday held that social media intermediaries like YouTube are duty-bound to block channels whose videos are found to be in violation of their policies, guidelines, and terms of contract [State, represented by the Inspector of Police v A Duraimurugan Pandiyan Sattai @ Duraimurugan].
