Drugs recovered from couple’s bedroom can’t be attributed to husband alone when both husband and wife consume narcotics: Delhi High Court

The Court said since both the husband and wife are admittedly consumers of narcotic substances and as a couple share a special relationship, it can be inferred that both were aware of the contraband in their bedroom.
