Dr V Kesava Rao appointed Vice-Chancellor of NUSRL, Ranchi

Dr V Kesava Rao has been appointed the new Vice-Chancellor of the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi. Dr Rao took charge of his new office on March 9.
