He will be leading the firm’s India practice alongside London Partner, Dharmendra Nair..Biswajit joined DLA in 2008 from Allen & Overy and was made a Partner in 2011. He was made India head in 2013 along with Munich-based Daniel Sharma. Following Biswajit’s departure, Daniel will continue to head the India practice for DLA..Chatterjee is dual qualified to practice in New York and India.
