Divorce under Hindu Marriage Act allowed if order to restore conjugal rights not obeyed for a year: Supreme Court

The Court reiterated the provisions of Section 13(1)A)(ii) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, while granting divorce in a case where a marriage was found to have been broken down for over 16 years.
